The Waterloo Serviced Apartments comprise two buildings of 17 and 10 storeys, and feature spacious One, Two and Three Bedroom luxury serviced apartments.
The Meriton Waterloo is excellent value accommodation option outside the bustle of the city centre whilst still within easy reach of the beaches and Sydney's attractions. This is a popular choice for corporate travellers needing the space and comfort provided by serviced apartments.
Shopping is within reach as the style centres of Oxford Street and Paddington are close by, as well as the Entertainment Quarter (formerly Fox Studios) entertainment complex which boasts shopping centre, cinema, restaurants and bars. Moore Park Golf Course, Aussie Stadium and the University of New South Wales are also accessible from the Meriton Waterloo.

- MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED: 2 night minimum stay applies to ALL stays in low season.
- LONG STAYS: Please contact us for a quote on long stays as a slightly cheaper rate may be available.
- REQUIRED LEAD TIMES: Discounted rates are not available for stays that will occur within 14 days of booking. That is the arrival time must be more than 14 days after time of booking.
- DEPOSITS: A non refundable deposit of 10% of booked stay will be charged at time of booking.
- PAYMENT: The 90% balance of full cost of stay will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
- SPECIAL EVENTS & HOLIDAYS: Discounted and Low season rates are not available during special event or holiday periods. Please apply for rates.
Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:
- The above rates only apply to bookings made more than 14 days prior to booked arrival. Higher rates may apply for stays within 14 days of intended arrival.
- There will be a non refundable deposit of 10% of the booked stay charged by M-Power Accommodation at the time of booking.
- The remaining 90% cost of the stay will by charged by Meriton Apartments at check-in.
- If the booking is cancelled or shortened, more than 7 days prior to booked arrival, the 10% deposit will be forfeited.
- If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 7 days of booked arrival or the guest fails to show for the booking, then the 90% balance of up to 7 nights of the booked stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 7 days notice is required to shorten a stay once commenced, to avoid the cost of these nights being charged.
Options and Additional Information
- Validity: These rates are available during low season times until the dates noted
- Rates: All rates above are for up to the number of guest shown. Use the sofa bed for one extra child (under 12 years) only - Extra A$50 per night.
- Infant Cots: Cots and Infant accessories are not provided by the hotel. The hotel does recommend a supplier of baby items.
- Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available at A$15 per day/multiple entry (as a guide only).
- Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking. All Apartments have balconies
- Bedding: All beds are Zipped King Beds and each apartment's bedroom can have 1 King bed or 2 Single Beds
- Air-conditioning: All apartments are air-conditioned. Apartments do not have opening windows
- Bathrooms: Most Two & Three Bedroom Apartments have two bathrooms.
- Hotel Bond: Without the credit card of a staying guest, or the authorised use of a 'third party' (someone else's) credit card being held as guarantee against damage and incidentals,
a cash Bond of A$200/night may be required prior to keys being given upon check-in. If you have secured your own reservation with your own credit card then this will be held as guarantee against
damage and incidentals, and no cash bond will be required.
