This 2 bedroom furnished & self contained apartment is located in the very popular and cosmopolitan Sydney beach side area of Bondi making it ideal for executives travellers or corporate relocations. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and has a terrace and garden area in a quiet position. It is only a 10 minute walk down to Campbell parade and the main beach, with all of its boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop on Bondi Road located about 50 meters from the apartment, which can have you in the city centre in just 20 minutes.

The Apartments features include a fully furnished living area, fully equipped Kitchen, internal laundry and entertainment system. A phone can be organised for your stay and all linen is provided and a weekly maid service is included in the tariff.

There is also security access and secure parking for one car.

• Minimum Stay: This apartment requires a 1 month minimum stay
• Cleaning: Weekly maid service is included in the room rate. These apartments are also supplied with cleaning materials.

• Infant Cots: Infants are children under 3 years of age. Cots & Highchairs are available for A$44 per week (there is also a A$20 delivery fee)
• Parking: Secure Undercover Parking for one car is available free of charge.
• Non-Smoking: All Apartments are non-smoking
• Payment and Cancellation: 10% of the full cost of the stay will be charged at the time of the booking. This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason. The 90% balance of the first month's rent will also be charged at time of booking. This amount is also non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled within 14 days of booked arrival. 14 days notice must be given for any reductions in the length of stay after arrival to avoid a further fee. If the stay is shortened with less than 14 days notice a fee equal to the the cost of the unused nights within the 14 day notice period will apply.
