This One bedroom self contained apartment is located in the popular beachside suburb of Bondi. It is only 350 meters walk to the beach and to local restaurants, cafes, bars and boutique shopping. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and has a small lift from the street level entrance, so it is wheelchair friendly.
This fully air-conditioned apartment has one bedroom with a King bed that can be spilt into 2 single beds, there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area. The kitchen comes equipped with dishwasher, oven, large size fridge, microwave and everything for your cooking needs. The kitchen looks over the combined dining lounge area and has a TV/VCR & CD player for your enjoyment. There is an internal laundry in the bathroom which has a shower only (no bathtub).
This unit has on-street parking only.

- Infant Cots: Infants are children under 3 years of age. Cots & Highchairs are available for A$44 per week (there is also a A$20 delivery fee)
- Parking: Secure Undercover Parking for one car is available free of charge.
- Non-Smoking: All Apartments are non-smoking
- Payment and Cancellation: 10% of the full cost of the stay will be charged at the time of the booking. This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason. The 90% balance of the first month's rent will also be charged at time of booking. This amount is also non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled within 14 days of booked arrival. 14 days notice must be given for any reductions in the length of stay after arrival to avoid a further fee. If the stay is shortened with less than 14 days notice a fee equal to the the cost of the unused nights within the 14 day notice period will apply.
