Bondi Furnished Self Contained Long Stay Apartment Accommodation
This Bondi 2 bedroom apartment is located in one of Sydney's most famous and popular locations. It is only a short stroll to Bondi Beach and close to a wide array of restaurants, bars and shops. With buses running regularly, a trip into the city takes only approximately 20 minutes. The apartment is in the centre of the building in a quiet location. It is on the second floor of the building and has lift access from the street level lobby/entrance hall as well as stairs, the apartment it is wheelchair accessible.
This self contained apartment has two bathrooms both with bath and shower one which is an ensuite to the main bedroom there is an internal laundry area with washing machine and dryer in the second bathroom. fully equipped kitchen with a combined lounge and dining area for six as well as a TV and VCR, small stereo/CD player for your enjoyment.
There is one secure parking space at the rear of the building, this has a maximum height restriction of 1.80 Meters (1.5m on the lower deck) , and there is a length restriction (max 5.00m) so regular sedan cars are allowed, no 4 wd or 'people movers' with high profiles/roof racks etc. They do not have specific reserved spaces and cannot guarantee upper or lower deck positions.

- Payment and Cancellation: 10% of the full cost of the stay will be charged at the time of the booking. This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason. The 90% balance of the first month's rent will also be charged at time of booking. This amount is also non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled within 14 days of booked arrival. 14 days notice must be given for any reductions in the length of stay after arrival to avoid a further fee. If the stay is shortened with less than 14 days notice a fee equal to the the cost of the unused nights within the 14 day notice period will apply.
