- Minimum Stay: A 28 night minimum stay is required to book at the discounted room rates shown above.
- Cleaning: All apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis.
- Internet: Guests may arrange their own Dial Up internet connection during the stay.
- Telephone: Direct Dial Telephone in each apartment.
- Extra Adults: Additional adults up to the maximum indicated cost A$40 per night.
- Infant Cots: Free in existing bedding. A cot is available for A$20 per night.
- Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available Free of Charge
- Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking
- Payment and Cancellation: At the time of booking a deposit equal to 10% of the entire stay will be charged and is not refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened.
- The remaining 90% of the first weeks stay will be charged at time of booking.
- The remaining 90% of the rest of the stay will be charged 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- If the stay is to occur within a month of booking, full payment will be charged at time of booking.
- If the booking is cancelled or shortened more than 4 weeks prior to booked arrival, the 90% of the first weeks stay will be refunded.
- If the booking is cancelled or shortened more than 7 days but less than 28 days prior to booked arrival, the 90% of stay (other than the first week) will be refunded.
- If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 7 days of booked arrival, none of the cost of stay already charged will be refunded.
- All prices quoted are low season prices unless otherwise indicated.
