• SURCHARGE: A credit card surcharge of 3% applies to all American Express and Diners Club Card payments. Visa, MasterCard and Australian Bankcard payments will a 2% credit card surcharge.

Optional Extras / Additional Information

• Minimum Stay: A 28 night minimum stay is required to book at the discounted room rates shown above.
• Cleaning: All apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis.
• Internet: Guests may arrange their own Dial Up internet connection during the stay.
• Telephone: Direct Dial Telephone in each apartment.
• Infant Cots: Free in existing bedding. A cot is available for A$15 per night.
• Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available Free of Charge
• Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking
• Payment and Cancellation: At the time of booking a deposit equal to 10% of the entire stay will be charged and is not refundable if the booking is cancelled or shortened.
• The remaining 90% of the first weeks stay will be charged at time of booking.
• The remaining 90% of the rest of the stay will be charged 4 weeks prior to arrival.
• If the stay is to occur within a month of booking, full payment will be charged at time of booking.
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened more than 4 weeks prior to booked arrival, the 90% of the first weeks stay will be refunded.
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened more than 7 days but less than 28 days prior to booked arrival, the 90% of stay (other than the first week) will be refunded.
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 7 days of booked arrival, none of the cost of stay already charged will be refunded.
