This 2 bedroom / split level air conditioned apartment has 2 bathrooms a modern self contained kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. There is a Queen bed in the main bedroom and two singles in second. Fitted with an adjoined lounge/dining room you can eat in and relax on the balcony.

- Minimum Stay: A 3 Night Minimum Stay is required to book this Apartment
- Check-In Procedure: The Property Managers office is located at Shop 2, 39 East Esplanade, Manly, only a few minutes walk from the Ferry Wharf. Guests are required to pick-up keys and sign in before proceeding to their apartment. After Hours key pick-up can be arranged prior to arrival.
- Extra Guests: Roll-away beds & Sofa Beds are not available in these apartments
- Infants: Cot & Highchair package can be provided - A$8 /night
- Cleaning: Apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis.
- Internet: Dial up internet is available through the in room phone system
- Telephone: The telephone is connected for local calls - A$0.70 /call. Calling cards can be purchased for mobile or long distance calls
- Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available.
- Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking.
- Payment and Cancellation: 10% of the full cost of the stay will be charged at the time of the booking. This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason. If the stay is cancelled with 7 days of the booked arrival date a fee equal to the first nights accommodation will be charged to the credit card that secured the booking.
