This 3 bedroom air conditioned apartment is configured with a King in the Master bedroom, 2 singles in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a spa so you can lay back and relax after a day at the beach. There is a large lounge/dining room and balcony with views of the beach where you can entertain or just sit back and enjoy the view.
Villa Mare is a security building with Security parking for two cars. It's central location to everything Manly has to offer is too good to miss.

- Minimum Stay: A 3 Night Minimum Stay is required to book this Apartment
- Check-In Procedure: The Property Managers office is located at Shop 2, 39 East Esplanade, Manly, only a few minutes walk from the Ferry Wharf. Guests are required to pick-up keys and sign in before proceeding to their apartment. After Hours key pick-up can be arranged prior to arrival.
- Extra Guests: Roll-away beds & Sofa Beds are not available in these apartments
- Infants: Cot & Highchair package can be provided - A$8 /night
- Cleaning: Apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis.
- Internet: Dial up internet is available through the in room phone system
- Telephone: The telephone is connected for local calls - A$0.70 /call. Calling cards can be purchased for mobile or long distance calls
- Parking: Secure Undercover Parking for 2 cars is available.
- Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking.
- Payment and Cancellation: 10% of the full cost of the stay will be charged at the time of the booking. This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason. If the stay is cancelled with 7 days of the booked arrival date a fee equal to the first nights accommodation will be charged to the credit card that secured the booking.
