The appealing 2 Bedroom Self-Catering Apartment is located at 1 Boomerang Place, East Sydney and offers attractive garden views toward Sydney's spectacular skyline, The lodging is an easy stroll to the Sydney's Central Business District and Major Tourist attractions and landmarks for which Sydney is famous.
The apartment is fully furnished and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and nearby carpark for one car (at extra cost if required).
Cafes and transport are close by and an convenience store is across William St. The apartment offers guests a garden, pool and BBQ on the ground level for all residents to use. Bedding within the apartment consists of Queen Bed, 2 Single Beds in the second Bedroom, one double sofa bed in the lounge area.
The apartment does not cater to children under 10 years of age due to high level and balconies being easily accessible. The apartment ruling does not allow pet and smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
The property owners will meet and greet and give a quick familiarisation. 2 sets of keys supplied and all linen. (a $100/set charge applies to lost keys)
The apartment is self serviced. Cleaning utensils and cleaning products are provided. Guests are requested to replace cleaning products as used for next occupant. Periodic cleaning can be provided by owner at extra cost (A$100/clean with linen change.)

Optional Extras / Additional Information
- Minimum Stay: A 7 night minimum stay is usually required. Shorter stays can be negotiated if occurring in the near future and between existing bookings.
- Check-In Procedure: You will be met by the apartment owner who will provide an orientation upon arrival. A registration document will be signed and Photo ID sighted.
- Extra Guests: One extra gust can be catered for using sofa bed. This will cost an extra $25/night irrespective of age of occupant.
- Cleaning: Apartments are self-serviced. Cleaning products and equipment is provided. Extra cleaning can be provided at A$100/clean including linen change.
- Internet: Dial-up only available. Gust is free to contract a 3rd Party Broad Band provider.
- Telephone: Telephone is connected and offers free local calls
- Parking: Nearby Secure Undercover Parking is available at further const.
- Non-Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking. It does hove 2 Balconies.
Minimum Payment Requirements & Cancellation Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of 10% is charge at time of booking
- A further deposit of $200 of stay is required to be paid to the property owner via Electronic Funds Transfer or cheque more than 30 days prior to booked arrival
- The Balance of stay is payable at check-in with cash or prior via Electronic Funds Transfer
- On-going Rent is payable monthly in advance
- No credit card or EFTPOS facilities are available at the property
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to booked arrival will receive a refund of the $200 charge. The 10% deposit is not refundable.
- Cancellation within 30 days of booked arrival, shortening the stay or failure to show for the booking will forfeit the deposits already charged.
- Once a stay has commenced 14 Days notice must be given to shorten the stay to avoid the cost of those nights not stayed within 14 days.
- By proceeding with this booking it is understood that these conditions have been accepted.
- All prices quoted are low season prices unless otherwise indicated.
