The Ward Ave Apartments offer inexpensive Studio and 1 bedroom Apartments that are ideal for travellers on a tight budget. The Apartments are furnished and located within a few minutes of the shops, restaurants, cafes and public transport at King Cross.
The location provides guests with easy access to the city centre which is within a 30 minute walk or a short bus or train trip while also being within easy reach of the popular Bondi Beach. Sydney Harbour, Woolloomooloo and Elizabeth Bay are all only 10 minutes walk from the apartment
The apartments at Ward Ave are spacious and provide either studio or 1 bedroom configuration. Linen can be provided by the property manager. The building includes a share laundry.

Optional Extras / Additional Information
- Minimum Stay: This apartment requires a 1 month minimum stay
- Utilities: A flat rate of A$2 per day will be charged for electricity usage. The total of the electricity will be deducted from the bond at the termination of the tenancy
- Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking.
- Cleaning: The apartments are self-serviced. A mob, bucket and vacuum cleaner are provided in the apartment, cleaning products are not provided.
- Deposit: A deposit equal to the first weeks rent will be charged by the property manager at the time of booking.
- Administration Fee: An administration fee equal to A$60 per person will be charged by the property manager at commencement of the lease
- Bond: A bond equal to A$1000 will be charged by the property manager on commencement of the lease
- Rent: Rent is payable weekly, before 4pm every Monday
- Cancellation: 21 days notice must be given for any cancellations or reductions in the length of stay. Cancellation with less than 21 days notice will incur a fee equal to the unused portion of the 21 day cancellation period.
- Responsibility: M -Power Accommodation is the Booking Agent. Furnished Property Group is the property Manager and takes responsibility for all payments & maintenance.
- All prices quoted are low season prices unless otherwise indicated.
