- Minimum Stay: This apartment requires a long-term stay of 90 nights minimum.
- Cleaning: The apartments are self-serviced, cleaning equipment is provided in the apartment. A one off 'departure clean' fee is charged at the time of making the booking. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Rent: The first months rent is payable at time of booking and balance is payable monthly in advance
- Internet: High Speed Wireless internet can be purchased at $10 per day with an 8GB per month download.
- Infant Cots: Cots arranged $75 /week
- Parking: Parking is not available at this property .
- Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking.
- Payment and Cancellation:
- If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival 10% of the payment will be retained as a cancellation & administration fee is the booking is cancelled.
- The full amount of 2 weeks accommodation will be retained if the booking is shortened or cancelled within 14 days of booked arrival.
- Once the stay has begun, the full cost of the first 28 nights will be forfeited if the stay is cancelled or shortened.
- Once the minimum stay of 90 nights has transpired, 14 days notice must be given for any reductions in the length of stay after arrival to avoid a further fee.
- If the stay is shortened with less than 14 days notice a fee equal to the cost of the unused nights within the 14 day notice period will apply.
- All prices quoted are low season prices unless otherwise indicated.
