Goldsbrough Apartment Hotel is located on the western edge of Darling Harbour in the Heritage listed 'Wool Store' building. The building was originally built in the 1880s and its impressive neo-classical facade, the original tallowwood floors and exposed ironbark columns are still featured throughout the building. The interiors have been designed to maintain the 'Old Sydney' feel but to provide guests with all the modern conveniences of a 4 star apartment hotel.

Optional Extras / Additional Information

• Validity: All Quotes are valid for 7 days
• Minimum Stay: To book at the above rates a 7 night minimum stay is required. If your stay is 28 nights or longer please enquire about special long stay discounts
• Cleaning: Weekly rates include weekly servicing.
• Deposit & Rent: A deposit equal to 10% of the full amount is payable at the time of booking. For stays of 7 - 28 nights the balance of the accommodation costs are payable at the time of check-in. For stays of 28 night or longer rent needs to be paid monthly in advance.
• Internet: A high speed wireless internet service is available in the hotel for approx A$13/hour or A$25/day. There is also an Internet cafe.
• Telephone: Telephone is connected and local call costs apply
• Infant Cots: Infant cot A$30/night (regardless of age)
• Parking: Parking is available for approx A$25/day (multi entry).
• Non-Smoking: This is a no-smoking in room’s property; however smoking on the balcony is acceptable.

Payment and Cancellation:

• 10% of the full cost of the stay will be charged at the time of the booking. This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• If the stay is cancelled within 7 days of arrival a fee equal to the the cost of the first week will be charged
• If the stay is shortened with less than 7 days notice a fee equal to the the cost of the unused nights within the 7 day notice period will apply.
