Optional Extras / Additional Information
- Minimum Stay: This apartment requires a 1 month minimum stay
- Extra Guest: An additional cost of A$37 p/n for extra guest
- Infant Cots: An infant cot can be provided - A$20 per night
- Cleaning: Apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis.
- Deposit & Rent: A deposit equal to 10% of the full amount is payable at the time of booking. The first months nett rent (quoted weekly rent minus 10% deposit) is payable at the time of booking. Remaining Rent is payable monthly in advance
- Internet: High speed internet is provided by a third party for A$10/day + connections costs.
- Telephone: Direct Dial telephone is available in each apartment - local call costs apply
- Parking: There is a parking station two buildings before The Oaks Trafalgar building (as your drive one-way along Kent Street). You may park your car and proceed to check-in at the hotel. There is a discount available for parking during your stay. To obtain this discount you need to have your voucher validated by hotel reception. The cost is approx A$28/day.
- Non-Smoking: All Apartments are non-smoking
Payment and Cancellation:
- A 28 night minimum stay is required to achieve the long stay rates shown above.
- A non-refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.
- This amount is not refundable and not transferrable to other nights of the stay if the stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
- The cost of the remaining 90% of the first 7 nights will be charged at check-in.
- The balance of stay will be payable weekly in advance.
- If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 30 days of booked arrival, the cost of the first week will be charged as a cancellation fee. This amount is on top of the 10% deposit.
- If the stay is reduced to less than 28 nights a higher nightly rate will be applied retrospectively to nights stayed.
- Once the 28 nights has lapsed, 7 days notice is required to shorten the stay to avoid further charges.
- All prices quoted are low season prices unless otherwise indicated.
