The apartments are fully furnished and provide linen, toweling and cooking and eating utensils as well as all utilities and a weekly housekeeping service included in the weekly rate

The apartments are on the corner of Sussex and Bathurst Streets in Sydney's city - on the edge of the central business district and Darling Harbour. Just a short walk to Town Hall subway station puts travellers to Sydney within easy reach of most of what Australia's favourite city has to offer.

All apartments have a kitchen, laundry and balcony as well as private bathroom. These apartments offer a very good accommodation rental option if your stay in Sydney is going to be a month or longer and you do not wish to be encumbered by a bond or lease.

*Long Stay rates are based on stay of 84 nights or more. Long Stay rates shown herein are indicative only and quoted rates may vary depending on the length of stay and the time of year.

Optional Extras / Additional Information

• Validity: All Quotes are valid for 7 days.
• Minimum Stay: To book at the above rates a 84 night minimum stay is required.
• Cleaning: Weekly Rates include weekly maid service
• Internet: High speed internet is provided by a third party at A$20 set up fee and A$10/day.
• Telephone: Telephone is connected and local call costs apply
• Infant Cots: A cot can be provided at A$10 per night
• Parking: Parking Available for AU$70 per week
• Non-Smoking: This is a no-smoking in room’s property; however smoking on the balcony is acceptable.

Payment and Cancellation:

• A 84 night minimum stay is required to achieve the long stay rates shown above.
• A non-refundable Deposit equal to 10% of the Total Cost of Accommodation will be charged at time of booking.
• This amount is not refundable and not transferrable to other nights of the stay if the stay is cancelled or shortened for any reason.
• The cost of the remaining 90% of the first 7 nights will be charged at check-in.
• The balance of stay will be payable weekly in advance.
• If the booking is cancelled or shortened within 30 days of booked arrival, the cost of the first week will be charged as a cancellation fee. This amount is on top of the 10% deposit.
• If the stay is reduced to less than 28 nights a higher nightly rate will be applied retrospectively to nights stayed.
• Once the 28 nights has lapsed, 7 days notice is required to shorten the stay to avoid further charges.
