• Validity: Quotes are valid for 7 days
• Minimum Stay: To book at the above rates a 7 night minimum stay is required. If your stay is 28 nights or longer please enquire about special long stay discounts
• Cleaning: Weekly Rates include weekly maid service
• Deposit & Rent: A deposit equal to 10% of the full amount is payable at the time of booking. For stays of 7 - 28 nights the balance of the accommodation costs are payable at the time of check-in. For stays of 28 night or longer rent needs to be paid monthly in advance
• Internet: High Speed Internet is available in all rooms at an additional cost (approx A$15/day or A$35/week).
• Telephone: Telephone is connected and local call costs apply
• Infant Cots: A cot can be provided at A$30/night
• Parking: Complimentary Secure Parking is available
• Non-Smoking: This is a no-smoking in room’s property; however smoking on the balcony is acceptable.

Payment and Cancellation:

• 10% of the full cost of the stay will be charged at the time of the booking. This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• If the stay is cancelled within 7 days of arrival a fee equal to the the cost of the first week will be charged
• If the stay is shortened with less than 7 days notice a fee equal to the the cost of the unused nights within the 7 day notice period will apply.
