Optional Extras / Additional Information
- Minimum Stay: A minimum stay requirement of 4 weeks applies to all bookings at this property.
- Utilities: A flat rate of A$2 per person per day will be charged for electricity usage. The total of the electricity will be deducted from the bond at the termination of the tenancy.
- Internet: A range of internet options are available
- USB Modem/PC Card/Ethernet Modem: A$10 / day for first 30 days, then A$5 /day for all additional days
- Wi-Fi Hotspot Kit: A$15 /day then A$8 /day for all additional days
- Connection: A$25 one off charge includes delivery
- Deposit: A$300 per modem, A$400 WiFi Hotspot Kit
- Data: 50MB per day included (averaged over the full rental), A$0.15 /MB. Pre-Order extra 1GB data blocks for A$50
- Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking.
- Cleaning: The apartments are self-serviced. Weekly maid service can be provided at extra cost. Cleaning utensils are also provided. A linen pack can be purchased from the property at time of signing lease. The linen then becomes the property of the guest (approx A$60pp; A$120 King size linen set) - if the self-serviced option is provided. .
- Payment Requirements:
- Four payments will be made at the time of booking to secure the reservations.
- A non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the whole stay
- Full Payment of the 90% balance of the first month or part there of
- A bond of $1,000
- Rent is thereafter payable monthly in advance
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the booked date of arrival date, will forfeit the10% deposit (of the whole booked stay)
- Cancellations less than 30 days and more than 14 days of the booked date of arrival date, will forfeit the10% deposit (of the whole booked stay) and 50% of the the first month's rent.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the booked date of arrival or no-show will forfeit the 10% deposit (of the whole booked stay) and the full cost of the first month's rent or part there of.
- Shortening of Stay
- 21 days notice in writing, is required to shorten a stay to avoid further cost.
- 21 nights will be payable from the date of notice to shorten stay.
- Credit Card Fees
- Payments by credit card will attract a 2% fee for Visa and MasterCard. American Express and Diners Club are not accepted.
- Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer attract no fee.
- Responsibility:
- M -Power Accommodation is the Booking Agent. Furnished Property Group is the property Manager and takes responsibility for all payments & maintenance.
