city cosmopolitan area of Surry Hills which is well known for it's cafes, restaurants, bars
and boutique shopping. The apartments are conveniently located to the Sydney central business
district (five minutes by bus or taxi dependant upon traffic) and one minute walk to the
famous shopping and entertainment area of Oxford Street , ten minutes walk to Central Station
and a short trip to Fox Studios and Centennial Park and the famous beach areas of the Eastern
Suburbs.
The apartments kitchen is fully self contained with European appliances, including convection
oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a combined lounge with a dining area which can cater
to seat 4 people. There is also a balcony with views off the living and dining area. There is
also an internal laundry with washer and dryer for your convenience.
Facilities for guests include parking for one car, lap pool, sauna, gym and security access.
Within the complex is a Woolworth’s grocery store and a selection of cafes and restaurants.

- Minimum Stay: This apartment requires a 1 week minimum stay.
- Cleaning: One service per week is included in the tariff. A one off departure clean is also included in the quoted price.
- Internet: A range of internet options are available
- USB Modem/PC Card/Ethernet Modem: A$10 / day for first 30 days, then A$5 /day for all additional days
- Wi-Fi Hotspot Kit: A$15 /day then A$8 /day for all additional days
- Connection: A$25 one off charge includes delivery
- Deposit: A$300 per modem, A$400 WiFi Hotspot Kit
- Data: 50MB per day included (averaged over the full rental), A$0.15 /MB. Pre-Order extra 1GB data blocks for A$50

Minimum Payment Requirements & Cancellation Policy:
- The Full cost of accommodation is required at time of booking (long stay payment schedule can be negotiated)
- Payment with Credit Card attracts the following fees - Visa & Mastercard - 2%. For America Express and Diners Club, a 4% service fee applies.
- Payments made through Electronic Funds Transfer attract no fees (unless imposed by the bank)
- if the booking is cancelled or shortened after the booking has been confirmed, 10% of the cost of stay + $150 cancellation fee will not be refunded.
- Cancellation of the booking within 14 days of booked arrival will lose the 10% and the 90% balance of the first weeks accommodation.
- 7 days notice is required to shorten a stay once commenced to avoid the cost of ununsed nights within 7 days notice
- In this case a $150 early departure fee will also apply on top of the loss of the 10% deposit on unused nights.
- By making a booking it is understood these conditions have been accepted
- M-Power strongly recommends Travel Insurance to cover any losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
