Located in the Sydney North Shore cosmopolitan suburb of Chatswood. These self contained apartments are ideal for the business traveller. Chatswood has extensive public transport access into the city centre and the Northern suburbs and beaches of Sydney. It is approximately 15 to 20 minutes by either car or train into the central business district and surrounding tourist attractions such as the Sydney Opera House. Chatswood has a wide array of restaurants cafes and shopping boutiques, with Westfield Chatswood within easy access to the apartments.
The apartments In room facilities include a home office/study and broadband internet access, TV, DVD and air conditioning in all rooms. Kitchens are fully equipped with gas cook tops, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom also has an internal laundry for your convenience. All apartments have balconies and some have garden terraces. The onsite facilities for your enjoyment and relaxation include a heated pool, spa, sauna, gym and security access.

- Minimum Stay: This apartment requires a 1 week minimum stay.
- Cleaning: One service per week is included in the tariff. A one off departure clean is also included in the quoted price.
- Internet: A range of internet options are available
- USB Modem/PC Card/Ethernet Modem: A$10 / day for first 30 days, then A$5 /day for all additional days
- Wi-Fi Hotspot Kit: A$15 /day then A$8 /day for all additional days
- Connection: A$25 one off charge includes delivery
- Deposit: A$300 per modem, A$400 WiFi Hotspot Kit
- Data: 50MB per day included (averaged over the full rental), A$0.15 /MB. Pre-Order extra 1GB data blocks for A$50
- Telephone: A$15 connection and A$1.50 /day line rental
- Infant Cots: Cots arranged - $75 /week
- Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking.
Minimum Payment Requirements & Cancellation Policy:
- The Full cost of accommodation is required at time of booking (long stay payment schedule can be negotiated)
- Payment with Credit Card attracts the following fees - Visa & Mastercard - 2%. For America Express and Diners Club, a 4% service fee applies.
- Payments made through Electronic Funds Transfer attract no fees (unless imposed by the bank)
- if the booking is cancelled or shortened after the booking has been confirmed, 10% of the cost of stay + $150 cancellation fee will not be refunded.
- Cancellation of the booking within 14 days of booked arrival will lose the 10% and the 90% balance of the first weeks accommodation.
- 7 days notice is required to shorten a stay once commenced to avoid the cost of ununsed nights within 7 days notice
- In this case a $150 early departure fee will also apply on top of the loss of the 10% deposit on unused nights.
- By making a booking it is understood these conditions have been accepted
- M-Power strongly recommends Travel Insurance to cover any losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
