This One bedroom serviced apartment is located in North Sydney. North Sydney is located just five minutes by train or car from Sydney's central business district and major tourist attractions.
This spacious apartment features a study which is convenient for the business or corporate traveller.
The apartment has district views and is only a short stroll to the business, restaurant shopping and entertainment districts of North Sydney.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances has gas stove top, electric and microwave oven and a dishwasher and the dining area has cutlery and tableware to entertain up to four people comfortably.
The lounge area is configured with a sofa, coffee table and the TV and DVD player. There is also an internal laundry for your convenience. If you need to travel into the city or other areas of Sydney the train station is just 5 minutes from your door including bus stops and taxis.
The onsite facilities for guests include a gym and an indoor swimming pool, there is also parking available and the building features security access.

- Minimum Stay: This apartment requires a 1 week minimum stay.
- Cleaning: One service per week is included in the tariff. A one off departure clean is also included in the quoted price.
- Internet: A range of internet options are available
- USB Modem/PC Card/Ethernet Modem: A$10 / day for first 30 days, then A$5 /day for all additional days
- Wi-Fi Hotspot Kit: A$15 /day then A$8 /day for all additional days
- Connection: A$25 one off charge includes delivery
- Deposit: A$300 per modem, A$400 WiFi Hotspot Kit
- Data: 50MB per day included (averaged over the full rental), A$0.15 /MB. Pre-Order extra 1GB data blocks for A$50
- Telephone: A$15 connection and A$1.50 /day line rental
- Infant Cots: Cots arranged - $75 /week
- Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking.
Minimum Payment Requirements & Cancellation Policy:
- The Full cost of accommodation is required at time of booking (long stay payment schedule can be negotiated)
- Payment with Credit Card attracts the following fees - Visa & Mastercard - 2%. For America Express and Diners Club, a 4% service fee applies.
- Payments made through Electronic Funds Transfer attract no fees (unless imposed by the bank)
- if the booking is cancelled or shortened after the booking has been confirmed, 10% of the cost of stay + $150 cancellation fee will not be refunded.
- Cancellation of the booking within 14 days of booked arrival will lose the 10% and the 90% balance of the first weeks accommodation.
- 7 days notice is required to shorten a stay once commenced to avoid the cost of ununsed nights within 7 days notice
- In this case a $150 early departure fee will also apply on top of the loss of the 10% deposit on unused nights.
- By making a booking it is understood these conditions have been accepted
- M-Power strongly recommends Travel Insurance to cover any losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
