• Validity: Rates valid until 31st March 2008
• Minimum Stay: A 14 night minimum stay applies to all bookings.
• Cleaning: These apartments are cleaned weekly. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.
• Deposit & Rent: 10% of the fully booked stay is charged as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. All remaining rent payments must be made weekly in advance
• Internet: Dial up internet (on request). Local call cost applies.
• Telephone: Direct Dial Telephone in each apartment
• Infant Cots: Infants are children under 3 years of age. A cot is available free of charge. Strollers and high chairs are not available at this property.
• Parking: Secure car space available on request
• Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking.
• Payment and Cancellation: 10% of the fully booked stay will be charged at the time of booking, this amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason. Cancellation within 7 nights of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the 1st Night.
