This is very spacious tri-level townhouse at 'Macquarie Gardens', North Ryde with tennis courts, indoor pool, well equipped gym and surrounding parklands provides an active, relaxing executive family home
The 3 bedrooms are very spacious with each having either a queen or double size bed plus a sofa bed in the leisure room so this can sleep 7. Some bedrooms have a study desk so this apartment is ideal for a family. There are three bathrooms able to cope with a large family.
Also the spacious ground floor lounge and dining area overlooks a secure private enclosed courtyard adding a further relaxing area whilst there is a park with playing field across the road for walking or kicking a ball.
There is a large kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils and adjoining laundry with separate washing and drying machines.
There is a car port plus plenty of visitor parking. A bus stop is just outside the gates to the complex, which links to the city centre (in 25 minutes) or the huge Macquarie Shopping Centre (2 minutes by car) which includes cinemas, ice skating rink, department stores, food shopping, cafes etc.

- Cleaning: The apartments are self-serviced, cleaning equipment is provided in the apartment. A one off 'departure clean' fee is charged at the time of making the booking. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.

- USB Modem/PC Card/Ethernet Modem: A$10 / day for first 30 days, then A$5 /day for all additional days
- Wi-Fi Hotspot Kit: A$15 /day then A$8 /day for all additional days

- Minimum Payment Requirements & Cancellation Policy
- Full Payment of first month is required at the time of booking
- The cost of the 'Departure Clean' is payable at the time of booking
- For stays longer than 1 month the 2nd months rent, or part thereof, is payable on day of arrival
- Rent is payable monthly in advance
- 14 Days notice must be given for all cancellations or amendments to booked stays
- If the stay is shortened with less than 14 days notice a fee equal to the the cost of the unused nights within the 14 day notice period will apply.
- Credit Card Surcharge: A surcharge of 2% applies to all Mastercard & Visa card transactions. A 4% charge applies to all American Express and Diners Club transactions. No transaction surcharges apply to electronic funds transfers.
