Sydney central business district is approximately 15 minutes by express train, 35 minutes by ferry or 45minutes by car dependant upon traffic. The apartment is spacious with contemporary furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and microwave oven with the living and dining area able to seat up to four guests comfortably. The lounge is complete with an entertainment system and leads onto a balcony with sweeping views. There is also an internal laundry for your convenience.
The apartment block is a security building and onsite facilities include a pool and gym, there is also one car space available for your stay.

- Minimum Stay: This apartment requires a 1 week minimum stay.
- Cleaning: One service per week is included in the tariff. A one off departure clean is also included in the quoted price.
- Internet: A range of internet options are available
- USB Modem/PC Card/Ethernet Modem: A$10 / day for first 30 days, then A$5 /day for all additional days
- Wi-Fi Hotspot Kit: A$15 /day then A$8 /day for all additional days
- Connection: A$25 one off charge includes delivery
- Deposit: A$300 per modem, A$400 WiFi Hotspot Kit
- Data: 50MB per day included (averaged over the full rental), A$0.15 /MB. Pre-Order extra 1GB data blocks for A$50
- Telephone: A$15 connection and A$1.50 /day line rental
- Infant Cots: Cots arranged - $75 /week
- Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking.
Minimum Payment Requirements & Cancellation Policy:
- The Full cost of accommodation is required at time of booking (long stay payment schedule can be negotiated)
- Payment with Credit Card attracts the following fees - Visa & Mastercard - 2%. For America Express and Diners Club, a 4% service fee applies.
- Payments made through Electronic Funds Transfer attract no fees (unless imposed by the bank)
- if the booking is cancelled or shortened after the booking has been confirmed, 10% of the cost of stay + $150 cancellation fee will not be refunded.
- Cancellation of the booking within 14 days of booked arrival will lose the 10% and the 90% balance of the first weeks accommodation.
- 7 days notice is required to shorten a stay once commenced to avoid the cost of ununsed nights within 7 days notice
- In this case a $150 early departure fee will also apply on top of the loss of the 10% deposit on unused nights.
- By making a booking it is understood these conditions have been accepted
- M-Power strongly recommends Travel Insurance to cover any losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
